Dr. Jodhvir Sarai
Board Member

Dr. Sarai is a licensed physician and practices in Arizona. He has served as the Chief Medical Informatics Officer at the Carondelet Hospital Network, where he was responsible for the design and implementation of healthcare technology and the electronic medical record (EMR).

He has been responsible for infrastructural improvements and the design of information technology for 3 hospitals and many outpatient clinics in the area. He served as the Chair of the Medical Clinical Core Teams.

In this position, he was responsible for creating healthcare policies to support the department of medicine, develop documentation standards, and work directly with other medical disciplines to ensure appropriate patient flow and care.

Dr. Sarai worked directly with the CEO of his network and attended national meetings in order to improve the patient and physician experience. He has led multimillion-dollar EMR rollouts in Arizona and continues to consult in this area.

Outside of medicine, Dr. Sarai is involved in the management of family-owned enterprises. He presently serves as CFO of Sarai Farms, a family-owned agricultural company with food production assets throughout India. He is also a Director of Jalandhar Higher Purchase Finance Company; another family owned and managed institution, which focuses on financing transactions in the transportation and agriculture sectors. He has been involved in his family run businesses and equity trading for more than 10 years.

Kevin M. Sherlock
Board Member

Kevin Sherlock, JD, is licensed to practice law in Washington D.C., Florida and Arizona. He began his legal career as an associate in the Washington D.C. office of a New York law firm with a practice area of aviation law, insurance defense litigation (including complex multi-district air crash disaster litigation) and general corporate matters.

After 5 years, Mr. Sherlock opened his solo practice in 1993, with a focus on small business mergers and acquisitions. Since 1996, Mr. Sherlock has been involved in various capacities with small public companies, including serving as corporate secretary, senior management, general counsel, and as a director.

Mr. Sherlock has had considerable experience in corporate structure, preparation and review of SEC filings, and mergers and acquisition work. In 2008, Mr. Sherlock co-founded the law firm of Heurlin Sherlock & Laird, PC, in Tucson, Arizona. HSL focuses on business litigation, securities arbitration, and security clearance matters.

Mr. Sherlock has been involved with a non-profit organization, Perimeter Bicycling Association of America, in a number of roles including as Vice-President since 1996 and a Director since 1999. The primary function of this organization is to hold fund raising cycling events for the benefit of other federally qualified charities, and has raised millions of dollars for charity.

Travis White
Board Member

Travis White graduated from the University of Texas, El Paso with a degree in Biological Sciences and Chemistry, and has more than 40 years of experience, including in the most senior roles, in all aspects of business management, including operations, marketing, manufacturing, and engineering.

He has served as Chairman of LSI Logic Corp., and Executive Vice President of Western Digital Corporation in the Microcomputers Products Group. He became President of Sony Semiconductor Company of America, and was also Senior VP of Sony Semiconductor Company (Japan). Additionally, he served as President and CEO of Centillium Communications, Inc. He currently serves on the board of three private companies, and two publicly traded companies.

In addition, Travis’ civic involvement includes membership on the boards of the Austin Film Society (Chair of the Audit Committee) and Driveway Austin (a private racetrack venture).
